I will now write bilingual posts

Since many of you asked me to install a translation gadget on my blog, I assume you will be interested to know that from now on, you will be able to read my blog posts in English as well!

Being a translator myself, I don't think much of those silly tools that people pretend can (or, even worse, WILL) replace me and other translators one day. Since my version will be a hundred times better than the one this tool provides - and trust me, I've tried it quite a few times! - I have decided to translate all my blog posts from now on.

You will probably not get all the information I provide in French, because this would be too time-consuming for me to translate everything, but I'll summarize as best as I can. I don't write that much anyways, and I guess you are here more to see my work than to read my babble, right? :)

I will post the pictures only once though, in the French version, and the English will always follow the French.

Some news

Hello all!

This week was a pretty busy week for me! My daughter was off from school, and I was working nights, so I did not get a lot of sleep at all! So today, I am really, really tired, and I have to travel 5 hours tomorrow for a wedding. Well, I guess I'll survive! Next week, things should be back to normal, so I should have more time to scrap!

Last week, I posted a few pages, and got lots of comments for this one, on my blog and on the Scrapbook Café forum. It makes me really happy to know that some people are really inspired by what I create. I would love you to tell me if you are inspired by the color, the style, some ornament, or the sketch. I am the kind of scrapper who finds inspiration mainly in colors.

So, what will I be up to next week? Well, among other things, I intend to create something for that challenge, as well as for palette #48 of The Color Room.

What I've been up to lately...

Hello folks!

This week was a pretty busy week for me. Instead of working the night shift, I was working the day shift, which means I had to rush in the morning to get ready, and rush at night as well to come back home and make dinner. I was also lucky enough to be stuck in traffic! Even my daughter complained because she had to have lunch at school. She said: "I don't like it when you work during the day!" So I think everybody loves our new reality!

I also wrote yesterday that I did not do regular scrapbooking during the last few weeks because my workspace was cluttered with all kinds of tools and other supplies, because my husband has to fix something in the attic, and he has to go through my room to get to the attic. So I got sick and tired of it and yesterday, I cleaned everything! I will now be able to do regular scrapbooking.

That said, I created quite a few cards this week, using sentiments in English. Here they are:

And here is one, open:

NEW! English post every Friday

Hello folks!

It's now official, I've decided that every Friday, I'll write a post in English so that you can catch up with what I've been up to during the week. I decided to do that because I am too lazy to translate my daily posts. Being a translator, I don't want to feel like I am working on my spare time too, you know what I mean?

Anyhow... every Friday, I'll give you information on my cards, layouts, and other projects.

As some (most?) of you know, I was featured on Meljen's Designs Challenges and Insporation blog on Wednesday. Since then, I've had a few visitors from the United States. Welcome to my blog! I hope you will find inspiration here!

I try to post daily, but it is sometimes difficult for me. I stated a new job a few weeks ago and work nights, so I am still trying to adjust to this new lifestyle! So sometimes, I skip a few days. Don't worry though, because I always come back.

Feel free to leave me comments anytime, as well as links to your blogs!
